"The English Club in the Irish Pub"

The next Stammtisch  takes place in the Irish Rover - Großneumarkt 8, 20459 Hamburg. The date will be Wednesday August 10th. 

This is a great summer venue for the Stammtisch - the Rover has plenty of seats outside, and it's a picturesque location. The nearest S-Bahn is Stadthausbrücke, and the nearest U-Bahn is Rödingsmarkt. 

It takes place from 6pm to 10pm, so you can either come straight after work and get a bite to eat there, or go home first and come back into town later. 

A chance to improve your English with like-minded fellows in a relaxed atmosphere. 

It's somehow a lot easier for many people to practise their English in a pub - it's a social occasion, with friendly faces and free flowing beer and chat. Enjoy some fine Irish ale; all this and learning a language too. You can get to know colleagues better or network and get to know people from other firms, students, people from different walks of life. 

The last event was a really nice get-together. It was great to see everyone, and meet a few new people too. I'm sure the next one will be just as good.
